Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Virals!. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Virals! analyzes websites and social media accounts using measurable signals and provides scores, historical tracking, reports and recommendations. Features that rely on third-party APIs or providers are available only when those integrations are configured.

2. No guarantees of results

Virals! provides analysis and optimization guidance. We do not guarantee any search ranking (including #1 on Google), ranking improvement, reach, impressions, For You Page placement, follower growth, virality or business results. Scores, estimates and recommendations are informational and based on available data at the time of analysis.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable use

• Only analyze assets you own or have permission to analyze, and public competitor information.
• Do not attempt to scrape, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security or rate limits of Virals! or any third-party platform.
• Do not connect API credentials you are not authorized to use, or use the service in violation of any platform’s terms.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.

5. Third-party data and APIs

Data from Google, Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, search and AI providers is subject to those providers’ terms, quotas and availability. We are not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by third parties. When data is unavailable, Virals! shows “Data unavailable” rather than estimating it.

6. Plans and limits

During early access all features are available without usage limits. We may introduce paid plans or limits in the future and will notify you in advance.

7. Intellectual property

Virals!, its design and software are owned by their respective owners. You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security of the service.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on analyses or recommendations.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
